Eyrée.com ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that orders may arrive in multiple packages.
FREE Shipping Promotions
Orders shipped to home—or orders using multiple delivery methods—that qualify for free or discounted shipping promotions are shipped using our Standard delivery service only.
Free or discounted shipping is available only within the contiguous United States and excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and Oversized packages.

**Estimated transit times do not include order processing times, which typically range from 2 to 9 days. Once your order has shipped, it generally arrives within the estimated delivery window for the selected shipping method. Carrier delays or processing delays may occur. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
Standard Shipping
Eyrée’s Standard Shipping service uses a network of major carriers—including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and select regional carriers—to deliver packages efficiently.
This shipping method allows packages to be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and regular business days. Tracking information is available through the Site and in your order confirmation or shipment emails, and will display the estimated delivery date.
Standard Shipping is available for deliveries to: The contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Shipments outside the contiguous United States may experience longer transit times.
Marketplace products offered through Eyrée Marketplace are eligible for Standard Shipping only and only within the contiguous United States.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for certain product deliveries to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Marketplace products offered through Eyrée Marketplace are not eligible for Expedited Shipping.
Eyrée Processing Time
Orders are typically processed for shipment within 2 to 9 days.
Processing time is separate from transit time, and orders begin moving through the shipping network only after processing is complete.
Shipping Restrictions
Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses. Please refer to the shipping details provided above to determine which methods are available for your specific destination.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials are subject to additional restrictions. These limitations may affect available shipping methods, transit times, and delivery eligibility. Further details regarding hazardous material shipping requirements will be provided in the following section.
Hazardous Materials
Certain items in your order may be classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). These include, but are not limited to:
- Aerosol products
- Alcohol‑based products
- Items containing contents under pressure
- Products with flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., hairspray, nail polish, certain treatments, or solvents)
Under regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Hazardous Materials must be shipped via ground transportation only. Air shipment is restricted for these items, which means they cannot be shipped to all addresses.
Accordingly:
- Orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard Shipping.
- These items cannot be shipped using Expedited shipping method.
- Hazardous Materials can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.
- They cannot be shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
International Shipping
Eyrée (eyree.com) does not ship to international addresses.
At this time, all orders must be delivered to locations within the United States or its eligible territories as outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Tracking
You can track the status of your order at any time directly through the tracking page on our Site.
Members of Eyrée Rewards can also view their order status by logging into their account on the website or mobile app and navigating to “My Orders.”
Tip: Always check the most recent tracking links you receive. In some cases, your package may be transferred to USPS for final delivery, which will generate an additional tracking link. There may also be situations where your shipment includes multiple tracking numbers.
Troubleshooting
Damaged Item. If an item arrives damaged, you may return or exchange it in‑store with your receipt. You may also contact Customer Support using the options provided for assistance with mailing the item back.
Missing Item. First, review your order details to confirm whether your items are being shipped in multiple packages. If so, you will see multiple tracking numbers. If the item is not part of a multi‑package shipment, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Missing Package. Review the carrier’s tracking link and check all areas where the package may have been delivered. If one full business day has passed since the listed delivery date and you still cannot locate your package, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
